These terms govern your use of the Flyers Now website, mobile app, account features, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may browse as a guest. If you create an account, provide accurate information, keep access to your email secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
Flyer information
Flyers Now helps people discover retailer flyers, weekly ads, stores, and sale items. Retailers and publishers control the underlying flyer content. Dates, prices, product details, inventory, store eligibility, limits, and regional availability can change or contain errors. Check the retailer’s current terms and in-store information before making a purchase or trip.
We are not the seller of the advertised products, do not process purchases, and are not responsible for a retailer’s products, services, promotions, websites, or fulfilment. Displaying a retailer or flyer does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Your lists and account
You retain responsibility for information you add to shopping lists or account fields. You give us permission to store and process that information only as needed to provide the service. You can delete individual list items, use the service as a guest, or delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal, lawful shopping purposes. Do not:
- Attempt to bypass security or access another person’s account.
- Interfere with the service or send malicious code or traffic.
- Use automated access that creates an unreasonable load.
- Copy or republish substantial parts of the service or flyer library.
- Use the service to violate law or another person’s rights.
Our service and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service under these terms. The service’s software, design, branding, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Retailer names, logos, flyer pages, and product material belong to their respective owners.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may limit or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. We do not promise that every retailer, location, flyer, or item will always be available.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service or reliance on retailer information.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
