1. Source discovery
We monitor retailer and publisher sources for newly available publications. A publication is shown publicly only when its pages are available and its source passes our readiness checks.
2. Dates and freshness
We preserve the sale dates supplied with each edition and check sources repeatedly for new or changed releases. Pages identify current, upcoming, and archived publications so shoppers can see the applicable time period.
3. Regional edition matching
Editions are matched using observed postal coverage, city and state coverage, publisher evidence, and verified store locations. When multiple editions exist, the location system selects the strongest available match and avoids presenting visually identical copies as separate local choices.
4. Local applicability
City and merchant pages explain whether the selected publication is a single broadly available edition or one of several regional editions. Nearby store information provides additional local context; it does not guarantee inventory at every individual store.
5. Corrections
Retailer information can change after publication. If a date, location, price, or edition looks incorrect, email hello@flyers.now with the page URL and a short description. We review correction reports against available source evidence.
