Delete directly in the app
- Open Flyers Now and tap the settings gear.
- Open your signed-in account.
- Choose “Delete account” and confirm.
This permanently deletes the account and its synchronized shopping data from our active systems. Shopping information saved only on your device is not part of the server account; clear the app’s data or uninstall it to remove that local copy.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address used for your account. Include the brand name and the words “delete my account.” We may reply to verify account ownership before completing the request.

We delete your account profile, active sessions, synchronized app state, saved retailers, saved flyers, and saved items associated with the account. Limited security logs, backups, or de-identified aggregate records may remain temporarily where reasonably necessary for security, recovery, or legal compliance and are not used to recreate your account.
